HELSTONBURY 2017

Throw back to November 2016, sitting in the bedroom of Drummer Dan (blackfish) Wells, we were having a conversation during our first attempt of a band practice (which was a complete mess of noise and a couple of terrible sounding covers), and we spoke about our future goals. Although Christmas number one was thrown around the room, we discussed that if we could ever be good enough to play at the Blue Anchor on stage at Helstonbury then we had “officially made it” and we could retire and throw away the denim jackets. Yet, to our complete shock and disbelief (and probably yours), we were invited along to Helstonbury 2017 to play alongside a line up amazing local talent. Somehow we also managed to score the last slot on Saturday night in the skittle alley and had the impossible task of performing after our friends Call to Arms who smashed it, however we gave it our best shot. So here is a little video of what unfolded during that event and thanks for the filming from ‘The Wafty Chiselers’.
