Exposure to excessive moisture, water, flooding, direct sunlight, heat, humidity fluctuations, termites, insects, pets, or other environmental conditions.
Natural characteristics of wood, including grain variation, knots, texture variation, color variation, seasonal expansion or contraction, minor cracks, checking, warping within acceptable limits, glue lines, and joint movement.
Upholstery, fabric, leatherette, cushions, cushion covers, foam, glass, stone, hardware, finish, polish, paint, coating, or consumable components unless specifically covered in writing.
Commercial, institutional, rental, outdoor, or non-residential use.
Damage caused by overloading drawers, improper use of storage compartments, or excessive weight beyond the intended design limits.
Any condition that does not affect the structural integrity or intended function of the product.

Proof of purchase is required for all claims. Halfkut's liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
