At Halfkut.com, many of our products are handcrafted and made using natural materials such as teakwood, brass, copper, and stone. Small variations in texture, grain, finish, color, or patina are natural characteristics of the materials and are not considered defects.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After review, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We generally do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Normal aging, oxidation, wood movement, or patina development
  • Minor variations inherent in handcrafted products
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Products damaged after delivery

3. Return Shipping

If a return is approved, return shipping instructions will be shared by email.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error occurred on our side.
